Are You Ready for This Moment?

November 13, 2016

Worried about the presidential election outcome? Concerned about the future? Don't be! This moment is more important than any that came before and any that will come after. When you spend precious time contemplating the past or the future, it takes you out of today.

I'm here to tell you that every second, minute, and hour is a gift in itself. Use these moments to conquer personal obstacles, and remove those self-doubts that linger in the back of your mind. After all, no one controls your destiny, so never give up your power to create an exceptional life.

I know what you're thinking. You'll say Glenn, my problems are something you can't even imagine. To that, I say you're wrong. I wholeheartedly believe in the notion that there's nothing on this Earth that hasn't occurred before. I guarantee that the situation you're facing has been successfully navigated by someone else.

So, how do you find the moment and stay in it? Easy.

My challenge to you this week: Follow my surefire steps to start enjoying your life now!

  1. Commit to a lifestyle of facing your worries head on.

  2. Take thirty minutes out of each week to deal with what's bothering you.

  3. For five minutes, write about your worries.

  4. For ten minutes, write down possible solutions to your worries.

  5. For fifteen minutes, write down action you will take for the reminder of the week to resolve your worries.

  6. When time's up, clearly understand that you have transitioned your worries into opportunities.

Worrying doesn't change the past or the future. So, stop worrying, stop complaining, and, instead become an action-oriented solution seeker. I bet your life will become more interesting and prosperous!
